We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or pricing errors occur. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details.

  1. Adopt an Orphan Program

When participating in our Adopt an Orphan program:

  • You are making a symbolic adoption to support the care and rehabilitation of wildlife in our care.
  • Physical animals are not transferred to adopters.
  • All adoption fees are non-refundable and go toward animal care and sanctuary operations.
  • You may receive updates, photos, and certificates, depending on the adoption tier.
  • We retain the right to assign your adoption to a different animal if circumstances change (e.g. animal is released or transferred).
  1. Content and Copyright

All content on this site including text, photos, logos, graphics, blog posts and product descriptions is the property of Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary Ltd or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without written permission, unless otherwise permitted under Australian copyright law. You may share blog posts using provided tools as long as credit is given and content is unaltered.

  1. User Submissions
